About Us
AMLAB homes LLC was founded to serve people with developmental disabilities and their families navigate and provide support when transiting from high school to being in the community.
The founder observed that there was a lot of resources provided at the level of the state and the community for these individuals before the age of 18. Once graduated from high school, these individuals and their families are left with limited resources and faced with the burden of navigating for support and services on their own outside the Public School system.
Amlab Homes aims to provide personalized, individualized care which will allow opportunities for individuals to receive services and supports in their own home and community by maximizing access to the benefits of community living and receiving supports in the most integrated setting.
Our main goal is to provide services and supports to individuals in a home setting which will also be community based, helping individuals maximize access to the benefits of community living and receiving supports in the most integrated setting.
Amlab Homes believe services should be all about the individual, ensuring that their rights, choices, options and opportunities are maximized, while living in the provided Amlab home or their personal home.
At Amlab Homes, we provide a residential setting with the following objectives:

Safe and positive environment, which promotes respect amongst residing individuals and support staff.

Direct Support staff trained to always respond adequately to the needs of the residing individuals

Provide holistic care to residing individuals

Support all individuals, especially those transitioning into adulthood by Teaching them necessary skills to be able to function in the community. Train them to be able to attain skills for vocational employment. Network with companies in the community to provide them with job opportunities. Engage them in continuous teachings designed to expand their skill acquisition through individualized learning programs and activities. Inculcate programs and activities that will be focused on teaching them to live independently. Provide a nurturing environment that individuals and their families will always feel welcome. Provide an environment that is focused on expanding and strengthening their social skills which will make these individuals useful members of the community.
Empower people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to be as self-sufficient and independent as possible and attain their PCISP goals.
Our Mission
AMLAB homes was founded to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities transitioning to adulthood, from 18 years of age and up. Our target population are individuals with developmental disabilities such as those in the Autism Spectrum. Our founder believes that everyone regardless of your developmental abilities has a right to being treated with respect and the best of support and wholistic care.
Our Vision
Our aim is to assist these individuals to attain independent living by teaching them necessary skills which will help them with employment and to navigate the community they live in.

By pursuing and achieving accreditation, AMLAB HOMES LLC has demonstrated that it meets international standards for quality and is committed to pursuing excellence. This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be given to an organization and shows our organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process. It has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit its commitment to offering programs and services that are measurable, accountable, and of the highest quality. AMLAB HOMES LLC is an organization that has been providing Family Support Waiver Services and Community Integration and Habilitation services under the broad service umbrella known as Home and Community Based Services in the Marion, Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks and Johnson Counties of Indiana area since 2022.
